How it works

1. Upload your case

Upload your documents and pay the fixed fee online. No quotes, no phone calls.

2. We serve

An authorised process server serves the recipient at the registered address.

3. Receive proof

A court-ready proof of service and USM94 or EU certificate is delivered to your inbox.

One fixed price. The whole legal cycle.

We serve any recipient anywhere in Sweden, from listed corporations to private persons on the countryside. Some sign directly; others avoid service. When they do, we escalate through every step Swedish law provides, in the right order and with the right paperwork, until service is complete.

Our government authorisation permits steps 2, 3 and 4. You never need to do anything, and all of it is included in the fixed price.

  1. 01
    Signature

Documents are handed to the recipient against signature.

  2. 02
    Refused receipt

If the recipient refuses to sign, service is still legally valid and documented.

  3. 03
    Substitute service

Delivery to an adult household member or employer, with notice sent to the recipient.

  4. 04
    Posting in mailbox

Documents placed in the recipient's mailbox. Only possible after 25 days and if the recipient is actively avoiding service.

  5. 05
    Public notice

If steps 1–4 are not possible, we continue with service by public notice. Usually adds 1–2 months.

The formal government channel via the central authority. Free of charge, but slow and paperwork-heavy, with no follow-up if attempts fail.

Court-ready proof of service

When service is complete you receive a certificate of service signed by the authorised process server, delivered as a PDF to your inbox.

There is one report template per legal outcome, customised according to law. Every report states the date, address, recipient name and personal ID number, and the documents served, together with your reference if provided. USM-94 and EU Service Regulation certificates are completed on request, at no extra cost.
